Our world is changing and I can no longer deny that. As much as I loved owning a retail store that provided unique options and one-of-a-kind inspirations for kids rooms, it is no longer a practical. I loved creating the visual displays that had kids squealing with delight when they walked in. I loved the buying trips in New York. I loved all of the regular faces that would grace my store when they needed something that no one else provided. But alas, I have come to face the reality that retail is a dying art.
Your Room Your Space encompasses the past, the present, and the future. The past is expressed in my ‘forever passion’ for vintage and reclaimed, the present is the service of Interior Styling for those that need the art of decorating, and the future is the ‘green footprint’ of working from my home. I am now able to offer you the convenience of products, services and questions you may have, all through the simple pushing of buttons and social media. It’s a beautiful thing.
Interior Styling is a term I use to encompass the Art of Interior Decorating. Creating space through organization, incorporating artistic room design/displays, choosing and coordinating colors are all services offered with expert advise to guide you through the decisions that may be confusing from your perspective. A plan is the best guide and you can work it in stages to suit your lifestyle.
Manufacturers that are represented here have been carefully chosen to provide only the best quality and craftsmanship. Diversity and character are then added to Your Room Your Space by complimenting these manufactured pieces with locally designed, built and painted products. From wood working to upholstering, our designs are built with precision and care to provide you with the uniqueness that makes our mark in the industry. There are no two spaces alike when you combine creativity and a new perspective.
